If you have placed an order by clicking the SEND ORDER NOW button at the bottom of the Checkout - Order Form page and where unable to pay your order on the payment page (where the confirmation number was displayed), your order was NOT lost and you can still pay for it.

Using your confirmation number you can go back to the payment page and choose one of our payment systems to pay for your order.

Our ordering system saves your order in our database, then verifies your email address, then sends a copy by email to us and sends another to you. These steps minimizes the risk of loosing your order. Even if your email address was not valid or if you lost the confirmation number we can trace back your order if you remember at what time you placed it. Also, a link at the bottom of the email can lead you back to the payment page if your order status indicates that it needs re-payment. Contact us if you need help.
