This is the latest Air Pur burner. It cleans the air with greater efficiency, burns less fuel and reveals more subtle fragrance notes. Please follow all instructions we will send along with this burner. Use of fragrances NOT made by Lampe Berger WILL clog and ruin this burner.

Fill your lamp no more than half full. Feed in the wick, replace the snuffer cap and allow the burner to soak for 15 minutes. Remove the snuffer cap and light the burner allowing it to flame for two to three minutes. Replace the snuffer cap tightly on the lamp when it is not being used.

If the wick/burner has been left in the lamp with fragrance but not used for some time the burner may over-saturate with fragrance. When you try to light it, it may go out. To remedy this, remove the wick burner and allow it to dry out. Then follow the start up procedure and it should stay lit.

To clean a blackened burner, put Neutral into the lamp and let it flame for up to five minutes and then burn the Neutral fragrance for at least 30 minutes. Lampe Berger does not recommend mixing its own fragrances as this may clog your burner. The wick on this burner is 7.5" long
